At Printbuy.in, we know you’re excited to get your custom gear. We’re just as excited to get it to you! Because most of our products are made-to-order, our shipping process includes a little extra “TLC” (Tender Loving Care) before your package hits the road.
1. The Timeline: Production + Transit
Since we print your items specifically for you, please keep the following timeline in mind:
Production Time: It typically takes 2–4 business days to print, quality-check, and pack your order.
Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Total Estimated Delivery: Most customers receive their orders within 5–10 business days.
Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

We believe in transparency. No hidden fees at checkout!
3. Order Tracking
The moment your order leaves our facility, we’ll send you a Shipping Confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey.
You can also track your order directly on our website via the Track Order page.
4. Delivery Partners
We partner with India’s most reliable courier services—including Delhivery, Shiprocket—to ensure your prints arrive crisp and intact.
5. Important Considerations
Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address! We cannot be held responsible for deliveries to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee may apply.
Serviceable Areas: We ship to over 20,000+ pin codes across India. If our courier partners do not service your specific area, we will contact you to find an alternative solution or provide a full refund.
Damaged on Arrival: While we pack everything securely, accidents happen. If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us at support@printbuy.in within 48 hours of delivery.
