Refund and Returns Policy for PrintBuy.in

At PrintBuy.in, we take great pride in the quality of our photo prints, frames, and personalized gifts. Because our products are custom-made using your personal photos and specifications, our policy differs from standard retail.


1. Custom & Personalized Products

  • Non-Returnable: Due to the personalized nature of our products (Photo Prints, Customized Frames, and Personalized Gifts), we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or if the uploaded image quality was poor.

  • Final Sale: Once a personalized order is printed, it is considered a final sale.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to love your purchase. If your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken frame glass) or has a manufacturing defect, we will make it right.

  • Reporting Period: You must report any damage or defects within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Proof Required: Please email support@printbuy.in with your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged product and the original packaging.

  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will either send a free replacement or issue a store credit/refund at our discretion.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Before Printing: You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • After Printing: Once the printing process has started, we can no longer cancel the order or offer a refund.

4. Incorrect Orders

If we sent you the wrong size, wrong frame style, or someone else’s photos by mistake:

  • We will ship the correct item to you immediately at no additional cost.

  • We may ask you to return the incorrect item; in such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange a pickup.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved Refunds: Once an exception is made and a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.

6. Customer Responsibility (Quality Disclaimer)

  • Image Quality: PrintBuy.in is not responsible for low-resolution, blurry, or dark prints resulting from low-quality images uploaded by the customer.

  • Cropping: Please ensure your photos are cropped correctly in the preview tool. We print exactly what is submitted.
